Dumb names

It appears that if you own a gas station convenience store in Oklahoma, you have to give it a really dumb name. Here’s a sampling of the ones my husband and I observed on our two-ish hour drive through Oklahoma:
The Git-n-Split
The Kum and Go
The Hop ‘n Sack
And my personal favorite, The Hit and Run. It just seems to be begging to be robbed.

One we pass each trip to Indiana – “Eat Here. Get Gas.” Seriously…never gets old.

There’s also a restaurant in OBX whose sign says “Bob’s Grill. Eat and the He** Out.” Makes me grin every time.

There’s a few on our way to NC called Wi Not Stop. I won’t tell you how long it took me to figure out that it was a WiFi hotspot . . .
